Metro 4: Coming Soon to a Stop Near You

According to the International Railway Journal, the first train for the new line 4 of the Budapest metro has been delivered and is currently performing the routine tests in the newly built section between Kelenfold and Moricz Zsigmond Korter.

The much awaited line 4 is estimated to be operational and open to the public in 2014, when the first section of the line will be concluded. This first section will serve between the train stations of Kelenfold and Keleti (which will be extremely useful for students, staff and faculty of McDaniel Europe) creating a new underground artery in the city center which will undoubtedly improve the mobility of hundreds of thousands of citizens of the Hungarian capital.
